FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Lara has more than 15 years’ experience working with and consulting to health sector organisations across Australia, UK, Europe and Africa. She brings a wealth of digital health experience and knows what it takes to deliver real change. Lara’s experience covers public and private health services, pharmaceutical, MedTech, life sciences and medical research.

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Jeremy has more than 15 years’ experience in public policy and consulting in health and social policy. He has led system design and service improvement programs, as well as data analytics teams. Jeremy also has experience in health and social infrastructure planning and business cases.

EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

Lindsey is a highly experienced executive and board director, with 42 years’ experience in healthcare in the UK and Australia, 28 of those in management. She was CEO of the SA Women’s and Children’s Health Network and has worked in health leadership roles in NSW and the UK. She has skills in strategy, safety and quality, innovation, change management, financial management, leadership, clinical and corporate governance.

DIRECTOR

Jennifer’s experience encompasses medical research, life sciences, medical communications and pharmaceuticals. She has over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having joined us from Roche Pharmaceuticals. She has worked across multiple therapy areas and all stages of the product lifecycle, with leadership experience in both commercial and medical roles.

MANAGER

Sabrina has a background in Immunobiology and International Public Health. Having previously worked in a startup, Not-For-Profit & Big 4 consultancy, she has worked across public and private health sectors. Sabrina has a strong background in commissioning, clinical research & analytics, program design, corporate strategy and governance.  She has delivered projects across NSW and South Australia.

MANAGER

Jack has previous experience in Big 4 consulting and has qualifications in biomedical science and finance. He has worked across health, human services, and defence sectors. He brings strong expertise in data-driven reporting for senior leaders and operations teams. Jack specialises in developing metrics to guide executive decision-making in healthcare and excels in activity-based cost modelling for health and human services.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Guillaume is a registered nurse, who has worked across Canada and Australia's public, private and non-profit sectors.​ Guillaume combines his clinical knowledge with specialist technology implementation skills. Having successfully delivered small, medium, enterprise & state-wide digital health projects. Guillaume understands workflow mapping and improvement processes.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Renee is an Optometrist with over eight years of experience in rural and metropolitan settings nationwide. She represents South Australia on the Optometry Board of Australia (Ahpra), helping set regulatory standards for safe practice. Additionally, Renee has experience as an educator in MedTech, supporting clinicians in adopting new equipment and systems efficiently.
